Yeah. Everyone in that room looks pissed

Of course he did. Even the dudes in the back are like “really?”

I'm beginning to think Cleveland was one of the franchises Prime said his son would never play for then after the 3rd round Prime was calling the GMs saying "we've reconsidered playing for the ______s and Shadeur would love to be a ______."

How do these people become successful in other avenues with such shitty decision making.
I'm sure of Shedoo doesn't show any signs of competency, they will cut him before training camp, just like countless other 5th round picks over the years.

frick Cleveland for selecting him. He needed an undrafted humbling.

John Dutton called it in when he found out Dillon Gabriel’s teammates didn’t go to his birthday party.

He's the second QB taken by a pretty terrible franchise
This is definitely humbling. You aren't assured a roster spot being selected in the 5th. Particularly not when they drafted another QB prior to him.

This is way better than him going undrafted.
As a UDA he would get to sign where he wants and “control the narrative”.
Instead, he’ll be the 3rd QB on a team daddy said he wouldn’t play for and either toil away in complete obscurity or make good on Prime’s threat to not suit up for them and nuke what hope his career has left. It’s actually perfection.

Deion is still right even if the tweet is from 2018. Shedeurs career is DOA going to Cleveland.

In Haslam's case ripping off trucking companies that frequented his truckstops helped.

100% this happened.
The look on Stefanski and the GM's face says it all.
Haslam is a clown.

There is absolutely no way Sanders gets cut. He’s the owner’s pet. Gabriel and Pickett just got sacrificed for Haslam’s vanity project.

His career had a hell of a lot more of a chance had the Browns drafted him #5 overall. Instead he and his dad talked him into a 5th round pick for the Browns where he’ll basically get zero reps from a team who isn’t invested in him.
It was a stupid thing for Prime to say, let alone tweet for all of posterity to see.

I love what the @Browns have done this offseason but if im a young QB ain't no way im going to Cleveland. I would pull a ELI MANNING If possible.
So Haslam did a Hugh Culverhouse thing regarding Bo Jackson?
He was so angry at the Buccaneers' actions that he vowed never to play a down for them, going as far as to tell Culverhouse, "You draft me if you want. You're going to waste a draft pick. I can promise you that."
Bucs still picked him #1 and forfeited his rights at the next Draft for nothing in which the Raiders drafted Bo in the 7th round. Too bad Sh

I agree.
1. The Browns already chose their QB earlier in the draft.
2. It's clear as day the Browns were looking to 2026 take a starter QB in far more favorable draft, as noted by trading for an additional 2026 first rounder.
3. They now have FIVE QBs headed to camp. Obviously, three will make the roster.
4. The photo says it all.

Haslam would frick up a cup of coffee.
Flacco is the Day 1 starter and I can’t see the Browns dumping Pickett as the backup. This means either Sanders or Gabriel isn’t making it out of preseason. And if Jimmy dictated the choice to draft Sanders, is he also going to dictate that he makes the 53 man roster? Are the Browns gonna cut their 3rd round pick?!
