I assume it's fake. Deadline had a recent article about there currently being a bidding war for the rights.

Yeah I think so too after closer inspection. Looks like something that could easily be thrown together in Photoshop.

Yes. But it is weird. There were 6 additional novels written and I think each had an alternative ending. Been a while since I read up on the series.
