Adam Egret was a guest today on JRE and stated that the Norm podcast is coming back this fall.

Rogan was asked point blank to be the first guest, and he agreed.

Now, for anyone who has never seen the real Norm Macdonald Live... Not the watered down Netflix version, but the real one that where nearly all full episodes have been scrubbed from the internet... We can all find out again where all these comedians get their ideas from or we can finally find out who writes these jokes

Can't believe Rogan had that holocaust denier on his program. Shame!

Last week my friends and I were talking about Rogan moving to Spotify and I brought up how bad Netflix fricked up Norm's show. Funny coincidence that they announce it is coming back on Rogan's show. His interview with Stephen Merchant was the most funny cringe thing I've ever heard.

It’s really surprising to me that neither Norm nor Chapelle have been Rogan’s podcast (although I’m sure they both will eventually).

But good for Norm and frick the executives that have always tried to hold Norm back. Norm should have been a late night talk show host for years. He was Letterman’s choice for his successor. The problem is if Norm can get his shite together since Rogan is right that Norm’s podcast could become as big as his own if he works as hard as he did. It will be fricking hilarious if Norm’s podcast develops a bigger audience than Colbert.

The Albert fish bit from one of the early podcast episodes is one of the funniest bits he’s ever done.

Hopefully norm podcasts live under the Queensboro bridge so Adam can still retain his supplementary income.

BTW, out of all the clips of Norm's old podcast, the Mangrate segments may just be the best compilation of them all.

No more dry meat!

I'll give it a shot. Was very disappointed with the netflix show, and I had high hopes for it.

fricking awesome. Norm is the GOAT, really does suck that he should have gotten a desk but never got the chance. A lot of that is on him though and the fact that he suffers from borderline comedic autism.

Sheer brilliance of the man right here. Single handedly saves some shitty YouTube comedy award red carpet thing. Guy’s as quick and funny as they get.

YouTube Red Carpet - Norm

“Everybody wants to kill Hitler with their time machines, but I’m afraid I’d go back and fall under the spell of his beautiful eyes and oratory, and I’d probably end up joining the fricking party knowing me.”

It was a recurring thing for Adam to ask that question of most guests, making fun of the “serious” talk shows and the stupid thoughtful questions they asks.

Some guests, like Tim Allen, would give serious answers about where they derive their genius insights from. Others, like Letterman, got the joke and just laughed it off.

Is the rate still $15/man?

Hopefully Norm realizes this will get him a lot more money to gamble with.

Letterman was so amused because he was one of the few guests that got the joke immediedtly and knew how absurd and shitty the question was. Egret's delivery also is a dead giveaway.

I still find it amazing how Norm never was able to monitize that old podcast like he should have.
