He accidentally decapitated himself while shaving, I am sure. No other details are known other than the fact that the accuser is no longer with us.

This is the correct answer. It's well known Spacey's long connection to the Clinton's, which, in turn, connects him directly to the world elite pedophile ring, Lolita Island, and Eyes Wide Shut parties and rituals.
