She's being sued by an extra who worked on her upcoming film MaXXXine. Apparently she kicked him in the head with a boot during a take then taunted him about it after the fact.

As someone who works in film, extras are fricking crazy and I’ve seen similar threats that were completely unfounded many times. Maybe she really is just a giant twat, but I take most things extras say with a grain of salt. I don’t know where they find these people.

I have been an extra 1 time in my life. They made it very clear to us to avoid even looking at the Lead actors. This story sounds completely made up and I would bet is 100% false.
He states she followed him into the bathroom. 100% didnt happen actors have their own bathrooms. In no way would one use the bathroom with the extras. I would even bet there was no bathroom for the extras to use other than a port a potty.
This person is looking for a quick settlement since he/she/it when straight to the media with the story.
BTW Bring on MaXXXine. "X" was good but "Pearl" was fantastic

Big time athletes sometimes have issues with high knee/agility drills so I believe that she may have accidentally kicked him in the head but “intentionally” and “ taunted, mocked, and belittled” never happened.
He also complains that the fake blood hurt him. It’s obvious this is all for an attempted pay day.
