I think they trade him for a bad return compared to his talent. I personally want Zion back under a new coach. I really think he’s close to breaking out finally. He’s more committed to playing defense and he’s becoming an underrated passer as well.

Sorry. Upvote if you think he gets traded, downvote he stays.

I think he stays at least this year. Probablly traded at the deadline when he's hurt again and value is rock bottom.

I honestly hope a fringe team like Atlanta or Chicago land a pick 2-4.

Chicago is hungry for a star
Atlanta needs to be playoff bound annually to keep Trae happy.

He is not breaking out . Wrong body build for basketball . Should have played football . More rest , unlimited eating for linemen .

Trade him. I feel like Pelicans fans are like Charlie Brown and Zion is Lucy. Every time we go to kick the football Lucy yanks it away. If we keep him he’s gonna show up fat and get hurt again. I think he goes to a big market team he would be an all star especially NY. You can see it in his body language, he doesn’t want to be here.

I think we would be retarded to trade him at this particular point. Therefore, I believe he will be traded because we will do whatever the incorrect thing is.

Any return is a good return.

Funny you use that word, because I feel like Zion may be borderline retarded

If we could get a decent return for him...we woulda traded him a long time ago. So when we finally manage to unload him...don't expect much...in return.

Bottom line...it won't be as bad as the Brandon Ingram trade...but it's probably gonna be a very disappointing day...for most Pels' fans.

I hope we get rid of him. He sucks as a franchise player on and off the court. 6 year sample size is more than enough.

How many games less played make it less retarded?

I couldn’t care less if they trade him, but I don’t really see the point after hiring Dumars. You’ve invested six years in the guy, may as well invest one more to see if the new regime presses his buttons in a good way. But I feel like that’s the logical thing so they’ll probably trade him for pennies on the dollar

Trade him with a clause that he takes all the skanks with him.

Don’t say Break and Zion in the same sentence. He’ll likely need to sit out 30 or 40 games now as a result

I still cannot comprehend how this idiot woman thinks keeping Willie Green and trading Z is the right answer. It’s fricking comical how dumb she is.

I want to kick the tires on what we could get for him but not commit to a trade.

Between the draft lottery and the draft, we should have a good idea of our likely draft pick as well as where potential partners sit on flipping Zion.

If we get a very high first and some good pieces for him, I could see it.

If we would dump him for salary relief or for middling pieces, less so.

TBH, my preferred deal may be to get a good mix of picks and talents from a team like OKC or Houston.

Zion has been the only thing keeping Willie from breaking Brian Winters' record. If they trade Zion, I hope they extend Willie. No one deserves that record more.
