I'm working on the design for a 500 tiny house community for elderley and disabled homeless. The site is in a very rural part of North Texas so you still have to have sewer, water and electric infrastructure in place.

Instead of giving billions to Ukraine, this is what that money should be going to IMO

I think the government is well aware of that. They're looking for shite to waste money on, just to spend it.

Seems like you can do so much more with $7500. Even one of those prefab sheds with a window unit would be better.

Yep, a shed is way cheaper...and bigger.

It's the future of your woke run cities using taxpayer's money to buy these squeeze chutes for the homeless which they will only destroy but the city leaders can sleep peacefully at night knowing they tried to use your dollars wisely.

Homeless camps are absolutely disgusting with mountains of trash, syringes, and whatever other random shite they’ve stolen/accumulated. They’re going to absolutely wreck these things. You can take them out of the woods but their habits aren’t going to change.

So...8X8 feet.

How big is a prison cell? looks to be about the same...probably feels the same.

Great, let’s get people even more comfortable living off the taxpayer.

This isn’t necessarily true. They do it for the no responsibility aspect. It’s the easy way out in life. The government will feed and house you. Never have to wake up early for a shift, don’t need to dress your self or practice hygiene.

I knew this guy when I was at LSU that was medically retarded. He was an adult and had assisted living. He also had a job at one of the grocery stores.

This is the guy that needs help. Not the others.

I've seen these IRL. Not a bad idea for cheap travel. Gives you the absolute bare minimum of quarters to do what you need because the rest of the time you're out and about doing vacation stuff.

these would be great if there was a strict drug test policy and proof that person was either actually disabled, employed or actively seeking employment.

or maybe the abled homeless could be put to work building proper homeless shelters to help earn their stay while providing others the opportunity. you get out what you put in. idealistic maybe, but that would give them what they are truly lacking, purpose.
