My sister won it one time. We thought Dad was having a heart attack with how he started yelling for us to get in there.

I won the Sportsline Friday Nite trivia contest. Got a Sportsline Friday Nite polo

Did Mike Graham sing a graduation song on commercials that showed pictures of the recent high school graduates? It aired every May. It sounded like him.

My dad worked at the VA and had some dangerous patients. Mike used to do security for him sometimes

I remember at LSU around 1990 or so a neighbor in the old Sharl townhomes had her car smashed into and called the police. It was Mike Graham that showed up. I had to do a double take. The weather guy was also doing the cop thing.

All business though.

No, but seeing the weather man driving a patrol car down Airline made me feel like I was in Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood.

I won WAFB's Color the Weather, back in the day.

My grandpa took me to the station to pickup my shirt. He got along swimmingly with Mike and the rest of the staff we met that day. At that age, I had the impression that my paw paw was friends with everyone because his interactions always seemed so personable. Good times.

Somehow, someway, I remember every lyric of that song. Lord knows I watched far too much TV as a child...

He was a condescending douchebag who thought his shite didn’t stink. Big time cop mentality.

He was a good weatherman though.

My old man preferred Mike Graham's forecasts over Shingleton's. He said Graham told it like it was, and thought Shingleton was a clown.

I do remember Color the Weather...I think you could get the tv screen sheet at McDonald's, along with your hurricane tracking chart.

And I do remember the goofy high school senior segment they did, but I seriously doubt it was Graham singling.

I think Shingleton is a clown as well.

Shingleton IS a fricking clown. He’s not even a meteorologist.

Saw him directing traffic one time at the intersection of Essen and Jefferson Hwy when the traffic light was out. Props to him, because I haven’t seen BRPD do that ever since.

I ran into Vernel Singleton once at the McDonald’s on chimes/parker and got his autograph on a color the weather sheet. 7 or 8 years later I was playing basketball in the rec center while a student and ran into him shooting by himself…I think he was trying to do movies at that point
