And then his dumbass said, "the other hand to God".

Nothing to see here. Just a solid, red-blooded American cop risking his life. Anyone who criticizes him is a traiterous commie and can just gtfo.

Not a single person agrees with what he did. Genius take.

It’s a perfect example of how some people, especially cops, school principals, politicians, and the like, will absolutely refuse to admit that they were wrong about something.

Cop should have taken the gal’s advice and called it a day after she raised her right nub. I admire her persistence and not letting him off the hook.

My wife was also born missing most of her right arm. I'm pretty she would have gotten arrested for assaulting an officer if that dumbass tried this with her. So I commend this lady on her patience, lol.

Coo asked wrong questions...She never denies using it with her nub... just says she never had it in her hands.

After the cop double and triple downed, I started to wonder if it was fake. If legit, she was pretty funny yet appropriately responsive to questions.

Well, she clearly had the upper hand.

My understanding is he gave her a ticket, and after she’d planned on being in court he dropped it at the last minute.

He wasted her time, and wasted the courts time by being ready to see her.

Bottom line is he should be fired for being an idiot, he gives good cops a bad name.

If he falsified this charge, what else has he lied about and falsified? If I was that lady I might be tempted to find a free vindictive lawyer who might be willing to research his cases, then charge a percentage to people wrongfully accused who want to sue.

Should have let her go simply based on her sense of humor. But most cops barely made it out of high school and this one was mad a one handed lady outsmarted his dumb arse. I would have laughed my arse off if I was that cop and told her have a nice day.

I've seen way too many videos of FL cops to conclude they will hire ANYBODY.

Reminds me of that teenager who pwned that dumbass cop who doubled down on his DUI investigation when it was obvious the kid hadn't been drinking.

I bet she had that phone up to her ear with the knob and was driving and putting on makeup with the other hand while speeding in a school zone. I knew a guy with no arms who chainsmoked.

That means her attorney knew the officer, then informed him “I will make you look like fool in court.”

“I saw you holding it with your right hand.”
“I don’t have a right hand.”
“Yes you do.”

Most of the time, cops aren’t any better than your local DMV employee.

Cop should be suspended and investigated. I’m sure many of his other tickets were based on such rock solid evidence.

The cops mistake was telling her which hand she had the phone in, she easily could have been driving with her nub or knee and had her phone in her left hand. When she pointed out the mistake he should have just let it go there and sent her on her way.
