Why not skip Baker and go straight to Zachary?

This is the way. I would also suggest moving the state fair in Shreveport to Allendale neighborhood.

Might as well just sunset the event entirely. No way this ends well.

Not sure that the locals will be stripping the wheels off cars if it is held in St George. There’s a good chance of that in Baker.

Baker is 100% charter the last time I checked.

How do those compare to EBRPSS schools?

You know why Baker is charter? Because they were on the verge of a state takeover of the whole system.

Same kids, same parents, probably the same teachers and admins but a different name on the school system.

I know someone that used to work at one of the charters in Baker. I used to hear stories about them regularly. I also recently heard one of the charters has supposedly turned the corner and is performing "well."

Same could be said for Central and Zachary.

So this is the death kiss of the fair. No one from Ascension, Baton Rouge or Livingston will attend that

St George wanted no part of it and planned renovations to park were reason.

Also neighboring businesses have long been tired of it.
