What’s the right limit on zyn pouches per day? Could nicotine actually be healthy?

There are definitely negative effects.

Stomach issues, of course gum and teeth issues, headaches, allergies, and they dehydrate the shite out of you too. Increases your heart rate and blood pressure as well.

I'm talking about using one after another from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed. Can + a day.

I've been dipping since I was 14 so I bought some Zyns to stop.

Now I have a dip and when it's done I have two 6 mg Zyns.

I think it made my habit more expensive and worse.

I tried to like it. I thought it’d be good for hiking and driving. It burns my mouth and gives me a stomach ache. It does provide the nicotine buzz though.

ONS and caffeine put me in the hospital. I was doing a can of 8mg per day and several cups of coffee and a monster. Took a long time but my body finally said enough and I had a small seizure episode and collapsed. I slowly backed down to a can of 2mg per day and a cup of coffee.

It seems fairly clearly to be, based on the current limited studies.

Stomach issues,

I’d guess the artificial sweetener and other shite ingredients contribute greatly to this.

I know nicotine itself has health benefits. Don’t know anything about dosing.

I was popping Mint flavored Zyn like candy until I realized it’s basically just gum that I cannot chew. Switched back to gum, haven’t looked back.

I do enjoy an occasional Zyn still on the golf course, I like to think it helps me focus.

I pick up a can of Spearmint 6s every other morning. I’ve never been a smoker, don’t like coffee. But a Zyn and a Redbull help make my mornings easier

The law of diminishing returns means you’ll either start doing them all day or bump up to the high mg ones like 12’s and 15’s. I was told if you ever go past the 6 mg you can’t go back.

I was doing the 6’s all day every day and honestly just got sick of them. Wasn’t really doing anything for me anymore and I didn’t want to graduate to the 12’s. Ended up quitting them cold turkey and haven’t had one in about two months.

To answer your question, I think the only major downside besides the artificial sweeteners is that nicotine is a vasoconstrictor meaning it narrows your blood vessels. This can cause high blood pressure which can lead to a host of issues as well all know. Saying that nicotine is healthy isn’t true, it can help with focus but so can a Dr. Pepper.

Also with the average age of poster on this board, sexual function is probably an emerging issue as you get older. Vasoconstrictors like nicotine can affect your ability to get a boner, and can even make your ding dong appear smaller when not in use because of the diminished blood flow.

If you own a lot of Affliction clothing, you can take as many as you want.
