Serious work bathroom question - greasy black dirt substance on toilet seat

I work in a small office - only four people including myself. One of them is an overweight African American female. I've noticed that every time I go to the bathroom after her, there's a greasy black substance on the seat on every surface that I would imagine her thighs touch.
There's also tiny hair fragments - yes fragments - on the back of the seat where I'd imagine her arse crack to be. It's as if she took clippers to very short hair and poured the clippings onto that part of the seat.
I can't for the life of me figure this out. Does she not bathe, thus giving her skin a greasy dirt substance, which then is left on the toilet seat after she gets up? And is her arse crack that fricking hairy that it breaks and falls onto the seat? I just don't get it. She doesn't stink so I have to assume she bathes/showers.

Same here in my office.
People refuse to clean up their arse particles. I thought that was common courtesy in society.

THANK YOU!!! I wipe the seat off every time both before and after I use a public toilet. It's common courtesy to try to clean it up a bit.

Could be worse, I once spent 2 months in the woods with 4 other guys and our "toilet" was a hole we dug and then buried our shite in. We had this one lazy bastard he just decided he wasn't going to dig any holes. He'd shite on the open ground 50 feet or so from our campground.
Until one day I stepped in it and told him his choices were simple, bury his shite or I'd bury him.

No idea what the greasy stuff is, but the hair fragments could be from head. She might have very badly damaged hair that is breaking off in areas, or she might have just gotten a trim.
In any event, she needs to clean up after herself.

I also work in a small office (usually only 2 people but up to 5).
We had a receptionist that would throw her shite paper in the trash can next to the toilet, not IN the toilet. I'm not talking about a couple pulls either, usually about 1/2 roll. She also would occasionally come ask me something after using the bathroom and her breath smelled like shite. I have no idea what she was doing in there but I didn't like it and she only made it about 3 weeks before I made up some reason to get rid of her.
