Hulk literally shite himself when Harley Race came for him for running Kansas City when it was his town. Hulk was a bitch.

Hulk wasn’t great in the ring but he was the first cultural phenomenon as a wrestler. He was larger than life and will always be my “favorite” wrestler because I watched him as a kid.

He definitely wasn’t the best in the ring but I feel like in ring ability gets overvalued by a bunch of neckbeards online. I don’t care if two 185 lb dudes bounce around and do great “work.” He was plenty good enough at putting on enjoyable spectacle matches.

Fixed.

You could also make an argument for HBK and/or Macho Man(RIP)

It depends on how old you are. If you're in your 30s or 40s like me, then yea he probably is. The fact that WWF never gave us the Flair-Hogan match at Wrestlemania is almost criminal.

Terry Funk

Good sleeper pick. Dude went from wresting guys like Harley Race for the NWA championship in the 70's to doing moonsaults into flaming tables and barbed wire in the 2000's. There's probably a 40-year span where you'd struggle to find a top wrestler that wasn't directly influenced in some way by Terry Funk.

Hogan had horrible wrestling skills.

Hogan is big and plays good character. And I know he was extremely popular, but he is a self righteous jackass. He did one thing right.. Joined NWO. Other than that he sucks.

Hogan, nobody was going to give an interview like this.

Who did it better than Macho Man?

He used to beat him in wrestling and he thought, well if he can do it, so can I
