Usually pack a glass container full of greek yogurt, small container of frozen fruit, lunch which is chicken/beef rice/sweet potatoes, green veggie, then oatmeal with protein and pb mixed in and a banana.
Usually eat at 9, 12:30 and 3:30.
This baw must be 300 pounds
