What is the big deal?
4 single burgers and lots of bread, more compact and less carbs if just 2 double burgers. Aside from that, seems like a legit wife to be thoughtful and add the fruit and water to hydrate.
Would think it a young man who did physical labor. In youth you can cram 6K to 8K calories in you in a day but not like that works well after 30. After 50 it goes straight to you gut n' butt.
