This isn't just a "her" problem. This is a management problem.
Assuming she had off 2 days a week and didn't take any other days off that would put her at working 261 days, That means she hung up on an average of 7.66 calls a day. That should have been caught and the management needs to be held accountable.

10 days in jail? I wonder how many of thise 2000 hang ups had serious consequences for the caller. Maybe the caller was in a situation where they couldn't call back.......
