After looking at the numbers and the over representation of black women in government, it verifies my anecdotal experience: Government is nothing more than a jobs program for black women.

There is an easy way to deal with her. Put her arse in jail for the 10 days. When it is time for her to be released, just have the jail or tell her that he’s not in the mood. Let that go on for about a year. Get some

I would think the city would be on the hook. Could happen to a better city. This many calls in a call center is crazy to think without getting caught. No call center protocols I guess. So managers should be fired too.
Smart ambulance chasers should be filing for these calls to interview the people.
