That last one may be expanded to include collusion from the WH with the other cases.

Deprivation of civil rights under color of authority is a federal crime and we appear to have a conspiracy between various corrupt organizations to do this.

Imagine that today is one of the rare occasions that SFP is unavailable to share his brilliant interpretation on Jack Smiths expertise and the rock solid documents case.

Slo must be in court.

I'm no lawyer, but from my read this judge gave the prosecutor just enough rope to hang himself.

Looking forward to the educated opinions here.

Yep.

Dems wanted a RICO trial involving Trump. They may get one with Trump as the aggrieved party and themselves as the defendants.

Nonsense. But the judge is incompetent and biased, so maybe they just think it’s worth a shot.

Considering some of the judges in the other Trump cases, calling her incompetent and biased is a laugh.

I really like how she gets as much information on record as possible first then lowers the boom on the last two hearings!!

Letting shithead redact the documents and then removing the redactions was a high level move.

It highlighted that he wanted to cover up something then revealed it was WH collusion to set up Trump.

Judge postponed the trial indefinitely and has set up a number of issues to be heard that have Jack Smith and the WH’e assholes clenched up tighter than a dolphin’s.

She's putting Smith and Co. on notice of the reckoning that awaits him.
