tell us what proportion of people were really involved with creating violence.
I would wager that not more than a half dozen actual Trump supporters initiated any violence whatsoever.
Now that we know the SPLC and FBI 'human sources' initiated it.
The only thing that derailed the customary 'elector challenge' was the declaration of an 'emergency' = all scheduled by Pelosi itself

"Would not allow".......not that complicated. Pelosi set the rules for the committee hearing. The rules she put in place determined & controlled everything that happened during the hearing. Positives & negatives.

He is suggesting that merely being there is wrong.
Not breaking the law merely being there that fateful bloody day.

It was extremely stupid to be there that day. Just dumb. Even stupider to enter the capitol and break or damage things or steal things. Same thing with being outside and fighting with police while dressed up cosplaying. FBI agents "being there" doesn't negate any of that behavior.
No
But FBI agents instigating behavior, opening doors allowing for entry could.
And the FBI hiding evidence that could have been helpful during a crime could as well.

Protesters do this all the time, for instance the Kavanaugh hearings and are escorted out and seldom arrested..

Yes and they were rightfully prosecuted. However, not making video available was suppression of evience , whether it would have helped the defense or not.

And this is:
George Hill, an FBI agent and whistleblower who worked at the FBI Washington, D.C., field office:
— He testified under oath that the FBI would not allow over 11,000 hours of J6 footage to be released because it would expose undercover agents and confidential human sources committing crimes inside the Capitol.
— Additionally, over 5,000 FBI agents were forced to fabricate charges against American citizens.
— And virtually every single FBI whistleblower who came forward was retaliated against.

So if I invite you into my home it gives you carte blanche to tear it up and steal things? Make it make sense.

Hopefully people will finally realize that this was an inside job headed up by Pelosi. Unfortunately with our idiotic society I highly doubt it.

Interesting question. If it was the biggest fake setup in modern politics, why didn’t Trump uncover it when he had every incentive in the world to?

If you invited someone in and told them to tear things up and take things it very well might make it impossible to prosecute.
If you did all of that and then refused to give that person the video that showed what you did and said for use in his trial, that also might let that person off the hook.

pretty sure most of us would decline your invitation

The fact that FBI had agents there doesn't excuse the property damage, theft, and destruction done by the low IQ people who thought it was a good idea to show up.
I saw a lot of video of damage being done like the glass broken in the doors that Asli Babbitt tried to crawl through before she was murdered by a racist in capitol police uniform.
That video was shot by none other than JadenX as he captured his Antifa/BLM comrades using fire extinguishers to break the glass.
I saw an organized group of Antifa types trying to break windows using an American flag on a flagpole. An big old real Trump supporter stopped them. Antifa doesn't care about flag desecration, but Trump supporters do.

That didn’t happen. FBI Agents weren’t telling the low iq morons to tear things up or steal. You are trying to spin this as something it’s not.

It was bigger than the J6 committee. Pelosi created the J6 false flag to prevent individual states from withholding state electoral college votes, and also to give Traitor Pence cover to skip certification steps and blindly rubber stamp the electoral college results needed. It was a coup.

Just stop.
You offered a hypothetical related to your home. I answered accordingly.
With respect to J6, there are many credible reports that FBI personnel instigated and called for them to go into the building etc.
I took your analogy and applied J6 to it perfectly.

A bit off topic (maybe) but I have always been opposed to any evidence being banned from a trial. Opens up the possibility of corruption and serves no real purpose.
Every single time a judge has ruled that evidence should be excluded, there was at least one person involved that disagrees.
