I’m an independent who thinks defending 2A is a liberal position. We live in a socialist country that benefits a few more than the many.

Super Pan, Anarchists. I’m a guy who doesn’t believe in either Republicans or Democrats. They should tear whole system down. rip up the Constitution that’s what I believe in & start over. As long as it exists there will always be a discord between races.

It’s surprising how people are saying they Christian as if that helps. Before politics almost all wars between people in history had to deal w religion. & it stays even today. What’s crazy is most people don’t know the very book they worship is a African book. Most people don’t know the history of Old Testament & they don’t know who King James is or that he was homosexual. Or that his mother was Mary etc. it’s a very steep rabbit hole for anyone who really knows history of that book they wouldn’t worship it after. Having faith in higher power is one thing but all religion is purposely man made to separate and divide.

I am a libertarian conservative. I would most identify with Greg Gutfeld politically.

Conservative, but not a fan of Trump.

Don't get me wrong, I prefer him over any Democrat, but there were a thousand Republicans who would have made a better president than him.

Fiscal conservative, socially center. I have views socially that lean left, but some that are right as well. LGBT rights, marijuana legalization, background checks for guns, those are my more liberal views, but I’m extremely pro life, extremely pro- states rights. Immigration, I’d say I’m somewhat moderate. Illegal immigration is a huge issue, but the separation thing is wrong morally, and I think giving people more of a pathway to legal immigration is okay.

That’s it! People who believe there’s an objective standard of morality are America’s problem. Nice!

You're attacking a position he may not even take.

I can only speak for myself here but the problem isn't that Christians believe in an objective morality, it's that they insist objective morality can ONLY come from their particular god and that everyone who doesn't believe as they do either has a warped moral compass or a compass guided by their god whether they believe in it or not.

Tennis without the net. I can't prove that any sense of objective morality we think we have doesn't somehow come from a Creator, but what I can say is that the Christian version of this Creator did a shite job of communicating this morality to his creation, and that our species would never have gotten as far as we did if all of our ancestors operated under the assumption that murdering everyone around them was a fantastic way to survive and propagate.

I Am for minimalism, small government that maintains a rule of law, order, sovereignty (border, trade, and property) and at lower levels provides things like infrastructure, possibly education (not indoctrination), and a few other general public use items that are difficult to provide and maintain without some form of cooperative function.

Since that’s worked out so well for me I have transitioned to escribing myself as a nihilist who hopes and believes that our system fundamentals are strong enough to weather opposing policy changes and watching (not from the sidelines) as government becomes a more bloated and Self-promoting Bureaucracy.
