Because when he was a kid... his parents brainwashed him into believing he was a she. They exploited him so they could get wealthy. His parents didn't seem to give a flying frick how he would feel after growing up.

So parents let 5yr old decide they are a girl. Boy has numerous surgeries butchering their body. Takes numerous toxic chemicals and still doesn't feel right and low and behold is attracted to his true opposite sex. But this isn't mental illness it's life saving health care.

I'm sure this is collectively all of our fault as society. It's certainly not that a person who rejected their biological and physical reality is still struggling to find a sense of self.
