Well I was going to say this was the easiest Guess the Race ever until I realized it was Britain and know that they have to be Muslim.
I really don’t understand the eggshell walking when it comes to not convicting crimes anymore. These boys filmed it, put it online and they still won’t castrate these boys? Come on. This should have been the line in the sand and they should have been a public hanging to straight up say that shot like this isn’t allowed.
We’re doing the same thing here. We keep excusing behavior because “they don’t know better”. It’s bullshite.

Sounds like some vigilante justice is in order.

Time for some community justice.

I doubt she sincerely desired to blow them all... I can completely understand her acting out of fear- especially if the boys were of the variety known for sex and violence without remorse or fear of consequence.
I agree with you. But there is a gigantic difference between this kind of nebulous rape and the kind in which the boys assault a random victim and forcibly rape her.

What's the difference? That the girl invited at least a part of it? She didn’t invite the other boys to show up.

So you're saying it wasn't rapey rape? Thanks for the insight Whoopie. Sheesh... What part of NO do you not understand?

If the boys engaged in sexual acts that were unwanted by the girl, that is rape, regardless of how it started or her initial desires. This has borne itself out many times, where a man and woman started with consensual sexual acts and the woman changed her mind and wanted to stop, but the man kept going. As soon as the woman says "stop", the man must stop, or else it is rape.
All parties are in the wrong here: she shouldn't have consented to any sexual contact, as that is sin against God. And yet that doesn't justify her being raped, as that is even worse.

In this article on the case by The Spectator, the rapists are referred to as "teen travelers."
WTF is a "teen traveler?"

WTF is a "teen traveler?"
quote:
A gang of teenage traveler boys who filmed themselves raping lone schoolgirls on two occasions have been spared jail. It seems from Judge Nicholas Rowland’s remarks that ‘none of you need to go to prison today’ that he didn’t find this a difficult decision to make.
The details of the case as reported make the judge’s choice incomprehensible. Two of the rapists, both 14 at the time, targeted a 15-year-old girl on Snapchat and lured her to an underpass where they filmed themselves laughing as they raped her. On one video one of the boys is heard saying ‘don’t film it mush’. Two months later the same two boys, joined by a 13-year old, gang-raped a 14-year-old schoolgirl, this time at knifepoint. They filmed that attack on their phones, goading one another to degrade their victim. The first victim attended the sentencing hearing. She read a poem which included the line ‘All I want to do is die, I no longer have fear for when that comes’.

There is no excuse for what the boy (boys) did. But i do think you have to question the girl on her decision making too. You met a boy under an overpass without letting anyone know. She was underage and alone. Did she not think maybe something could happen.
But once it did the judge and the system let her and her family down. As her parent i wouldn't let it go but i wouldn't absolve her for her decision to go in the first place. Didn't sound like she asked her parents if she could.
Teach your kids to be smart. It doesn't mean she should have been raped and the judge was an incompetent jackass.
A bad situation all around.

Because they may have knew her, it's not as nefarious?

Yes, that she willingly went with one of them and agreed to blow him. There was zero coercion so far. Next, two of his friends show up and she agrees to blow them. No force was used. According to her, she feared the threat of force. A reasonable person would ask, “Why didn’t you refuse? If they then threatened force you could avoid it by complying, in which case it would definitely be rape.”

At somepoint this three tiered justice system running wild in the US and Western Europe is going to end up with judges being targeted. They will only have their corrupt selves to blame when it happens.

Put this judge in a mental institution!

Do women understand what the world was like before men made laws and created civil obedience?

A parasetic POS raised by a clan of parasetic POSs that pick the host victims clean and move on to the next community or city once their welcome is worn out. Basically nomadic non Africans or Arabs.
ETA they routinely use children to commit theft such as pick pocketing or shoplifting because they know western civilization rarely punishes children.

It doesn’t have to be forced, or physical, to be rape.
Apparently some posters are basically okay with predatory behavior on children.
This is why age of consent matters.
Pernod may be okay with child rape…but most adults understand all the nuance and are still willing to punish predators.
