Lululemon's policy instructs employees to not stop the thieves & even not film the suspects, or else, the employee will be fired.

Lululemon fired employees who tried to stop the thieves. Same store got hit twice in one day.
They should just put up a sign that says "shop lifters welcome."

One of my best friend’s girlfriend works at Lululemon and she says she’s overtly told that she’s not to stop any shoplifting and if the police come that she’s not allowed to say the race of the shoplifter. People have lost their damn minds and become cowards
