These are federal judges, right? This guidance should she's ask for should come from SCOTUS, correct?
This is a good thing. Seems like it forces SCOTUS to get off their asses and provide "guidance ".
If the guidance is anything other than, "get your arse to work!", the Executive should no longer respect any SCOTUS ruling. And let the chips fall where they may.

They don't need guidance because they know the law. Simply have the deputies hold the prisoner for ICE. Courthouse have cells. It's not rocket science.
