So Joe Burrow, 6-3.5, 225, and Ja’mar Chase, 6-0, 220 are both very much overweight and a Happy Meal away from obese?

BMI is garbage. In college wrestling and playing football through school I was 220 at 5’10-5’11” with about 10% BF.
Now I’m obese, but major knee surgery did that
