WNBA Players Demand To Be Paid What They're Worth And Now They Owe The NBA $400 Million

"I am so, so happy to finally be able to pay these players what they are really worth," said team owner John Pavlovitz. "Now, every month I can just hand over their checks to one of the NBA players who spent the last twenty years paying their salaries. After all the whining I've put up with about having to fly coach and sleep in a Holiday Inn, I am thrilled for my players to get to make what they have actually earned. Better gas up those Subarus, ladies!"
At publishing time, the owners had graciously offered an alternative option where player salaries could all go to the one person who gets people to watch the WNBA, Caitlin Clark.

Angel Reese has been running her mouth about the pay gap. She's obviously a moron but I am ready for her to keep pushing until the NBA owners grow balls and decided they will no longer subsidize the WNBA.

Honestly, I got a tad bit interested in it for the first time ever when Caitlyn Clark was drafted. I actually watched her on tv. I watched the highlights of her getting fouled hard, slammed to the ground over and over which had some appeal even though I like her.
Then lately she comes out supporting BLM or something and I lost all interest. One thing I did notice , females play with better fundamentals than men. I've also heard NBA is losing ratings and popularity. They blame it on shooting too many 3's but I think the real reason is America is tired of their political agenda rhetoric.

If it weren’t for occasional TD board topics, I would have minimal awareness about the WNBA on a week to week basis.
Definitely seems to be a league trying to pretend it exists at a market level that is not remotely close to the fantasy.

Women’s basketball missed the boat big time when they didn’t lower the goal to 8’9” and make the court smaller.
