I, too, will be retiring soon and I won't miss work, but I will miss some of the people. If you have a well thought out plan on how to fill in that time with meaningful activities, you will be fine I believe....

I think as for as the children go, it is better for them. They have someone to relate to and that's important. I think only children are lonely....

Temu is a crap shot at best. It just depends on what you shop for. The clothes are about 2 sizes too small and usually weird. Since things are so cheap, no big deal but still a waste. If I was young, I would keep working. Since I am not young, I would stop working and only do work on my terms, such as help out my family and friends if called upon....
