Too bad it isnt 10 times the number.
I mean we killed over 1 million in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Israel has some serious catching up to do

Rookie numbers. If Israel ever wants peace, they are going to have to pump those numbers up tenfold or more. probably need a few Mossad squads to clean up our college campuses as well.

Wiki now lists 5 major wars currently underway with more than 10000 fatalities per year. It also lists 15 additional wars underway with 1000-10000 fatalities per year currently. Gaza and Ukraine are in the top tier. Can concerned citizens list the other 18.

That’s what they’re planning to do and explains why they haven’t finished off hamas. Hamas gives them an excuse to stay and kill off more Palestinians . All apart of the plan

I can guess a few of them:
Ukraine
Palestine
Israel
Yemen
Sudan
Ethiopia
Democratic Republic of the Congo
Myanmar
Haiti
Columbia
Venezuela
Mali
Chad
South Sudan
Libya
Syria
Niger
Burkina Faso
Mexico
Did I get them all?

100 hostages still being held in Gaza (likely dead but not turned over)
Hamas struck first.
Nothing else matters in the debate at the moment, Israel is doing what it has to do and has every right to do.

There wouldn't have been any death counts had the Palestinians not attacked Israel October 7.
The gaza was full of celebrations after October 7. They are reaping what they sowed.

It’s been covered in many other outlets as well, with precise references and clear data tracking. Don’t be that guy

The Hamassholes on the site want to go back to XYZ in blaming Israel for this but not admit that October 7 was a case of “frick around and find out” for Gaza.

That there are such complete and utter morons, like you, that take the numbers (propaganda) from a know terrorist organization at face value.

Not even close to true and both wars were nearly or over 20 years in length

So here’s the deal. The numbers were never halved. What happened was the Gaza health ministry (take note, the UN is basing their report on the same Gaza health ministry as they have always been) revised their figures because they just came out with a total of people who’s remains had been identified.
So that’s why the total number remained unchanged. There’s just still thousands and thousand who are either unidentifiable or they haven’t gotten around to it yet. I don’t know exactly how they were calculating previously, but I guess equations of some sort to figure out probability of age and gender based on location of bomb strikes. The UN jumped to take the figure of verified remains for the women and children, while total number stayed the same. It doesn’t mean that all of the sudden it turned out Hamas members made up a much larger portion. Does everyone follow?
Regardless, the death toll is something I’ve never harped on because just don’t think anything is reliable during wartime regarding these things, and the larger impact won’t be known for years. It’s easy to see how this can become a complete catastrophe in the coming years though as excess mortality is tallied after displacement and food shortages, and lack of access to sanitation/healthcare. Look at any of the numbers from when we first got to Iraq vs when we left. Or look at Syria at different stages of that conflict.
No one here cares about these people anyway, so it was odd to see many of them beat their chests over this ridiculous “win” anyway.

You don't have to be "Israel First" to know Hamas' death counts are BS.
Their numbers would require mass graves easily captured by satellite. In the wake of every attack, the deaths report includes the phrase "mostly women and children".
More than a little skepticism is warranted.
