Can you explain that?

The biggest variable is contingency.

Article on the PA electors

quote:

In early 2022, Shapiro, then attorney general, said the Pennsylvania fake electors’ actions did not cross the line into criminality.

“These ‘fake ballots’ included a conditional clause that they were only to be used if a court overturned the results in Pennsylvania, which did not happen,” Shapiro said. “Though their rhetoric and policy were intentionally misleading and purposefully damaging to our democracy, based on our initial review, our office does not believe this meets the legal standards for forgery.”

A spokesperson for current Attorney General Michelle Henry said this month that the position has not changed.

In MI and GA, these fricking maroons went around proclaiming themselves as the true, legitimate electors. I'm quite positive it was the same in AZ.

If they had just made it conditional, laid low, and waited, none of these criminal indictments would have flowed. But no, you had a bunch of boomers with partisan brain rot who were actually convinced of the bullshite and that they were real and legitimate. The lawyers who advised these dopes (like Rudy) should be thrown under the jail.

It is naturally conditional. Shapiro did that because they did NOT want Mastriano in PA to open the can of worms Justice Alito started.

Many dem electors would run at the mouth and we all always knew it was conditional.

Seems like good use of the taxpayers money.

Funny how the Democrats are trying to “hijack” this election too.

What’s happening to the people that unconstitutionally tried to overturn the election by removing Donald trump from the ballot?

Anything?

They lost their case.

You want them hanged or something?

Nobody thinks the unsuccessful lawsuits filed without fraud by Trump should be treated any differently than the failed attempt to remove him from the ballot.

Even the fraudulent suits filed on behalf of Trump didn't end up hurting Trump individually...now the lawyers who tried to defraud the court? Different story

The fraud was proven

In a twist of irony, the 2020 fraud (which the fraud in the lawsuit was based on) still has yet to be proven.
