Watching a doc on him. Seems like his later civilian life was littered with false boasting, lies, and was getting pretty anti government.

Was those in power scared he’d leak to much information and put an end to it?

Everyone embellishes once in a while.

Mental illness caused this.

Why would him embellishing stories cause him to be killed?

Always wondered if it was an "inside" hit.

They haven’t killled that osama killer guy so I don’t know why they’d kill Kyle and not him too.

Probably not. There’s crazy mother frickers out there. He and Chad Littlefield crossed paths with one unfortunately.

Not only that, the crossed path with a man that was crazy AND a chicken shite coward, a deadly combo. Shot them in the back iirc. RIP.

Is everything, and I mean everything a conspiracy with some of you?
Chris Kyle's killer, Eddie Ray Routh had been in and out of mental institutions for two years prior to the killing and diagnosed with schizophrenia. Even Kyle told his buddy that he thought the dude was "straight-up nuts".
You don't put a gun in the hand of a loon and turn your back on him.

I am curious how one got on the list to go shoot with Kyle. Was an organization lining up members or was he just meeting them and inviting them to the range? Somebody should have red flagged Routh BIG TIME. Mistakes were made on that decision.

This the guy who bragged about killing looters during Katrina... same guy gave a weapon to a guy who was obviously not all there mentally... guy predictably killed him...

Almost anything can be with me.

All it takes is two or more people with means, motive and opportunity this to happen.

Many of us trust our government no more than we would trust the mob, so it is very easy to think that members of that huge organization would work together to do some unsavory things.

I think it is a very logical explanation for quite a few things that do not make sense otherwise.

No idea. What I do know is the public persona of Chris after his death, especially when it comes to his marriage, has been carefully cultivated.

No offense to what Taya has done, but in life he was a wife beater with multiple occasions of laying hands on her.
