Buzbee Does It Again

Once again, the innuendo and supposition by Ken Paxton accusers runs into reality. Previously Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s personal assistant, Drew Wicker, made an accusation that a Texas donor named Nate Paul funded a kitchen remodel for Paxton. A quid pro quo to sell influence.
However, during cross examination today, Drew Wicker admitted the kitchen remodel never took place, and the actual details of the home remodel being done by Paxton was taking place *after* the office “whistleblowers” went to the FBI with their ungrounded claims. Paxton’s attorney Tony Buzbee showed Drew Wicker pictures of the kitchen taken three years ago and also taken last month. There was never any remodel work completed. This is the central point of the alleged bribery. WATCH:

The prosecutors tried to deny the pictures were correctly dated or real, and then Tony Buzbee says let’s drive over there and look at the kitchen your honor. lol
The baseline of this entire impeachment has become a joke. A bunch of Bush aligned prosecutors, and staff from Texas, manufactured a case of rumor and innuendo against Attorney General Ken Paxton simply because Paxton defeated George P. Bush, their preferred candidate.

How could they have bungled this so bad. It’s embarrassing to those RINOs
They cry to the FBI with no evidence to back your claims. That’s two days in a row Buzbee cut them off at the knees.

Buzbee is impressive. Prepared, very quick on this feet and smooth as an oiled boob.

If I ever need an attorney…I would try to hire Buzbee.

He's got a little "frick all of you" in him.

He's like watching a movie lawyer, but even better.

yea he’s known as a very good attorney. He is crazy as hell though. He’s Tank Guy from Houston. Bought a tank and put it outside his house I believe in River Oaks. Naturally that pissed off a couple of people

He’s a big Ag.
Has a house in River Oaks as well as one in Friendswood.
The tank incident from a few years back did good things for my soul.

There are a number of “lawyers” on this board who’s performance in court would greatly resemble that of the female prosecutor in this clip, I’d imagine.

There’s zero doubt in my mind Tony loves a contentious prosecutor.
It’s a game for him … cat and mouse.
The more combative opposing counsel is, the more Tony gets to play.
And I’m here for every minute of it.

Texas Monthly article about his tank
quote:
After Buzbee—a trial lawyer, Marine veteran, and proud Aggie alum (and current A&M regent)—parked the fully operational tank on the street in front of his home on Houston’s swankiest residential thoroughfare last month, the unlikely sight brought joy to hundreds of gawkers. History buffs and children thrilled at the sight of “Cheyenne,” the tank’s name as painted on the side by its previous owner, often stopping their cars to get out and pose for pictures.

Him going after the guy who the former Bush tied lawyer is repping, but hasnt spoken about payment in over 3 yrs, was great stuff.
I really hope to hear that the Bushes end up moving back to the NE after this embarrassment.

Buzbee is so good. He’s running circles around those angry democrats.
Edit: Also, the ice queen doesn’t understand the rules regarding admissibility of photos in evidence. The metadata was certainly acceptable, we use to allow photos with the yellow date-stamps in evidence back in the day, this is the 21st century version of the same thing.

Another reason why you can not trust anyone the Bushes endorse……yes this was a shot at the RonBots!

Their case collapsed on its own lack of merit. IMO that Drew Wicker should be in deep do-do. We voters can deal with that other bunch later.
All this charade, paid for by the taxpayers of Texas. Meanwhile, our southern border is still porous. Joe Biden still refuses to perform his duty to defend this country from 'invasion both foreign and domestic'. I am 100% percent in favor of legal immigration, (my ancestor was an immigrant), but go to the point of entry and apply for 'legal' entry.
Kudos to Ken Paxton for choosing Tony Buzbee as his defense attorney.
Now can we let Ken Paxton do his job? The job we Texicans elected him to do?
Thank you.

And every damn one of em' ought to be charged with Election Tampering. If honest people truly believe that honest elections and what's left of our political process can avert the inevitable clash that is coming, then it is time to either act, or gun up for the clash when the USD collapses and the Walmarts go down.
Abbot should demand prosecution, or either resign.
