I’ve definitely stopped listening to Shapiro since 10/7 because he’s just far too one sided.
I appreciate Walsh because he says give money to neither and support neither. He’s been entirely consistent in that opinion about Ikraine, Israel, Palestine, you name it.
I can’t speak to what happened with Owens but Walsh has had that opinion since 10/7 and not got in trouble with Daddy Ben and Boreing.

I have NEVER been a fan of his, to me, he is a RINO, his allegiance is NOT to the USA, and beyond that, his voice is extremely annoying to me. I just can’t take him seriously. With all that said, I appreciate him pointing out the backwards leftest.

You’re not wrong, but you’re not recognizing that this is irrelevant because Shapiro was on Twitter actively fighting with Candace Owens and arguing about terms of an alleged debate they were going to arrange. Meanwhile at the same time he was orchestrating the “gag order” which would neuter her and prevent said debate from even being able to be done.

America is overwhelmingly pro Israel, and this is especially true in conservative circles (and super true on this board). So, sometimes honest people will take positions to point out blatant hypocrisy and falsehoods on the pro Israeli side simply because no one else is doing it. It doesn’t mean someone is pro Hamas, and usually these people (myself included) are overall pro Israel, but the extreme talking points everyone runs with is just intolerable to go along with when you know better.

She accused Israel of genocide. She accused Israel of forcing Muslims to live in the Muslim quarters. She reshared a video of a crowd of pro-Hamas Muslims marching with the caption “People are waking up”

Candace is right.
Shapiro uses a buddy buddy act to coopt Americans into supporting Israel, which is the issue he actually cares about. You can see that with the recent protests, opposing the students is now an issue of American patriotism, which is bizarre, given that America is not Israel, or Palestine, and because we have zero stake in either enterprise.
America matters to Shapiro, insofar as American resources can be used for Israel’s benefit. You can’t trust someone like this, someone who’s sole intention is to use you.
Shapiro uses a buddy buddy act to coopt Americans into supporting Israel, which is the issue he actually cares about. Whether on the left or right, these non traditional (eg. YouTubers) pundits rely heavily on contrarianism and conspiracies.
I think Alex Jones laid the groundwork for showing this as being profitable, and then the government totally blowing everything associated with Covid created a giant consumer base for this type of content.
Everyone is shitting on Shapiro because he doesn't really delve into this type of stuff. I suppose listening to Owens question the moonlanding is more interesting.
