I’m pretty sure for all playoff games both teams have to agree to it…

Not gonna happen. Barbe is already way out in front of this. People have tried to bring them down for years.

imo all the bigger teams should get students that are interested in market/mass comm etc to take video and make social media content, and broadcast games.
it publicizes the team, gets the players attention, attracts talent, attracts sponsor to upgrade facilities etc etc
they should do this for football, baseball, hell any and every sport you can.
just look at the success of the youth prospects channel on social media and for colleges like LSU, Bama, UGA, Ohio State with their marketing for their teams.
You are essentially allowing the students to use the time and effort as an internship to promote themselves and their ability to make content and you can still control all the content as a coach except possibly the live game stream but you can even allow JV players to call that so there can be consequences internally if they get out of line during a broadcast.
i dunno, been thinking that for a while. i mean there is a market for it. Donovan Lasalle home run last year had over 400k likes alone on the youth prospects tic tok and was shared over 8,000 times. thats only 1 platform.

yea they are just picking on yall
both teams have to agree and barbe isnt going to agree. they never allow it.
can try and sneak it from the stands...good luck with that.
i promise though they are not being shady, they have had that rule in place forever. they dont even do a game stream for GC until the game is over.

Walker has done this for a few years now. Lately it seems like they broadcast more of the softball games though.

Regardless, it’s classless and there’s no reason for it just live streaming a game for Friends and family who can’t make the game for christ sakes And besides, it’s not the only classless thing they tried to do this week. I don’t have much respect for Barbe baseball anymore.

#1- i dont agree with the rule but they have always and i mean always had this rule
#2- what classless thing did they do? send someone to scout? i honestly asking because i do not know.

name the player. everyone loves to throw out accusations but never any proof. you would think since they are so shady and have won 13 state titles since 98 they would have been busted by now
its funny 95% of the team almost every year has been playing together since 11 or 12, have a couple kids that move into the zone as they do in every zone and suddenly they are cheating.
again what have you seen this week that is so bad.
