Walker has done this for a few years now. Lately it seems like they broadcast more of the softball games though.

Maybe Walker coach didn't want any cameras around recording stuff. :)

How did he think he was going to get away with this.

It doesn’t seem like they hire the brightest over there in Walker.

They had a good coach a few years ago. While it wasn't exactly running him off, they did a good job convincing him to leave. This guy was pretty decent, but I he got a little over anxious.

imo all the bigger teams should get students that are interested in market/mass comm etc to take video and make social media content, and broadcast games.

it publicizes the team, gets the players attention, attracts talent, attracts sponsor to upgrade facilities etc etc
ASH had a multimedia teacher last year that made a huge effort to get ASH sports and other school activities and coverage. It was awesome, could have built it into something.

Unfortunately that teacher left and we got stuck with a new one. Word around school is he told the kids that he didnt get paid for all that extra work so no to the extracurriculars.

The limited content the students put out is awesome. They are really talented, I hope we can have it revert back and expand into areas you are talking about.

Fact here - but mlb advisers will tell a kid / parents not to pitch - heard it w my own ears- telling kid or parents not to pitch or greatly limiting it

The only kid worth all that in LA isn’t in the nonselect bracket

If a kid is signed with a college and there is legit arm issues or injury then that coach can and will have some influence and opinion on whether he should pitch.

But if the coach is fed false bullshite information then the coach would probably call someone or the player and verify or check this info.

Tomorrow's Evangel Christian vs. St. Thomas More Game 1 moved to UL (to immediately follow LCA/TC).

Central gets a 2 out HBP, poorly played single turns into a triple, and a HR to take a 3-0 lead in the 3rd over WM.

1 out bunt to the pitcher thrown to the right field wall for an easy runner to 3rd for Central. 4-0 Central Top 5.

The Southern Miss kid seems pretty good. Shutting WM down completely and a HR/Double against LSU commit. 5-0 Central, runner at 2nd, line drive out to end the inning. Mid 5

Can WM come back from Cupit loss to Harris? Who is WM 3rd guy?

This was expected. Not 5-0 in the 5th, but WM knew their Ace was really good. WM’s hit the ball hard, just right at the 3B and CF. Central has 4 hits, WM 2. The runs are from HBP, Error, Single with 2 base error, and two HRs.

Garrett Frye. He was the 2 until the very end of the year. Fergie was used for midweek the majority of the year. He’s arguably the ace.

Central makes a Superman full layout catch to save a triple from Pearson. That’s baseball.
