I like the young guys out there with Jose. Let him show them how to earn minutes.

Y'all know I've been pretty hard on Zion lately, but I genuinely think he may be sick or something. He looked completely lethargic, and not just on the court. He's been sitting on the bench slouched in his seat for most of the second half.

Matt Ryan doesn't need to be trying to take people off the dribble.

No the inconsistency is more evidence to fire Willie.
Luckily in basketball you have a wider gap to display inconsistent play.
In football, you’re done

Once again I’m just here hoping someone bumps up all the BI slander on our mentally challenged Pelibros.

I was at the game crowd was great! Excellent win!

Interesting note, Willie in the locker room said Z was playing through adversity. Not sure what that meant but hopefully it's nothing serious.

Maybe he was sick. The fact he played in the second half probably means it wasn’t anything serious.

Almost (apart from the fact 2nd quarter run) a perfect game.
Excellent to see as we get towards the business end of the season

1) Zion basically didn’t play this game and a lot of the BI slander is how he gums up the works by not playing a more off ball role. Most of the slander isn’t that he sucks, but he sucks at being a #2 which is what the Pels need from him most nights. Tonight they needed him to be #1 and he was great at it.
2) Indy is like Sacramento, all O no D. BI shredded the #26 defense yesterday. It was glorious, but not the accomplishment you’re making it out to be.
3) I’m not complaining about a win, I enjoyed it immensely, but a win against this team didn’t solve the structural problems the Pels have had all season.

Pels press conferences let anyone ask questions. Here is Trey getting grilled by his mom about missing Free Throws

Again, BI doesn't need to hand the reins to Zion. If Zion is a #1 guy, he will take the reins.

I got downvoted for this post, but Willie basically confirmed it in the presser. He was struggling.

Talk about a backhand compliment, come on Shel you're better than that. Lost in all the obfuscation of Ingram's great game/season, is Herb's stellar defense on Halli last night, and his overall performance all season. Herb will be the first of this group to make an all-NBA first team. I say great season to date from Ingram largely due to his improvement on defense this year which is getting no attention. I do believe the team is hamstrung by roster construction, but the team has played to expectations this year and has room for quite a bit of improvement.
