Anyone arrested for/convicted for behaviors later legalized should have their records automatically expunged. Forcing people to pay thousands of dollars for expungements is predatory, imo. It’s another way our legal system criminalizes poverty.

I am a very big fan of the marijuanas and still think that looks trashy and not exactly designed for my demographic, shall we say.

Scheduled are DJ Bootsie, Ambush Reggae Band, Universal Language Band, Getcha Mind Right Jazz Band, Quikkdraw, Dylan Cage and Max Minelli. There also will be chances to win a free legal expungement (up to 20 will be awarded). Also look for the vendor marketplace where a diverse array of marijuana-related products, services and initiatives will be showcased. Do not bring any illegal substances to the festival, organizers warn.

There will definitely not be any violence.

It shouldn’t be too bad because of this:

It's not a free fair. Tickets are $20-$42. However, the first 200 people to secure their spots will receive complimentary tickets.
