just got a 3.25 on a 30 year

What bank / area? Currently paying 4.5 on a 30 but Neighbors Federal is stressing the frick out of me with their mortgage department shenanigans. They are currently outsourcing to some company in Indiana which I think is longform for India. Haven't had a consistent amount due in 5 years and am currently unable to pay August because of a records glitch that no one is able to resolve.

I pulled the trigger on a refi on Monday. Only been in the house for 1 year but got a 15yr @ 3.2.

Only saved me about $340 a month but it’s better in my pocket than the banks.

4.5%, but it just adjusted for the first time in 7 years. It was 2.875% before this month.

I’m trying to decide if I want to refi to a 20 or 30 year fixed while rates are so low or just ride it out and save the closing costs. It can only adjust once a year, 2% cap per year, 5% lifetime cap.

3.75 6/17 30 year fixed

We use Wells Fargo and the mortgage woman we work with is frustrated because their rates aren’t lower. I was quoted a 4.15 on a 30 year fixed and 3.5 7/1 arm. Not worth it.. yet.

Currently 4.625% 30yr November 2018.

Meeting with a guy on Friday. Hopefully to move to 20y if the rate is low enough.

I got my mortgage in 10/2018. Basically the peak of last year or two. I was 4.675 on a 30 yr loan for 300k.

Waiting for September Fed meeting and then going to look at a refinance.

It was a little over $2,400. Don't remember the exact figure.

3.875% - 30 yr in Nov. of 2017. What rate drop would make sense to justify a refi? 1 percentage point?

2.875 %, 15 year. 7.5 years left, but the plan to is to pay it off in 1 year. Wife is on board, so we will see.

Did mortgage rates drop below 3% at some point? I didn't realize that.
