I'm convinced they don't exist anymore. Apparently the culinary genius behind the Patio dinner died in 2011. I think there was still a steady trickle of unsold inventory out there until pretty recently, but it's been a couple of years now since I saw one, maybe 3 or 4 years. So it's anticlimactic compared to the loss of K&B or Hubig's Pies, but they sure do seem to be gone.
I used to top mine with a bunch of pickled jalapeno peppers.
