This local fair has at the beer booth:

Pisswater
Pisswater Light
Pisswater Ultra
Nutrl
Twisted Tea

I like "craft beer" more than most. But if you can't enjoy a good ol American light pilsner/lager then frick you

At this point the distributors all have sone decent beers.

I mean inbev owns Elysian… can’t we at least get some space dust?

Yeah it doesn't quite work like that

Marketing budgets when related to festival sponsorships are usually tied to specific labels - not distributors or parent corps or even the brewery in most cases

Festival producers or concessionaires rarely have much say in the pmix

When you realize that fairs have the most popular beer, maybe you’ll understand. Make fun of pisswater all you’d like, that doesn’t negate the fact that it sells the most.

Appeal to the majority, not the minority.

Probably a deal with the local beer distributor. They provide signs and sponsorships. Donate some of the product for a loss or in lieu of sponsorship.

Keep the competition away and only carry what they offer. The distributor knows the fair goers are still going to drink what ever the fair sells.
