Are we sure it's not because all the frogs and kids are turning gay?

Thank goodness we have a well defined and controlled immigration process to insure the best and brightest in the world are coming in to make up for this lower birth rate.

Republican women don't want to birth future liberal retards and liberal women can't afford to raise a child on their Starbucks income.

Propaganda so folks agree with letting in millions of illegals.

The middle class can't afford to have large families anymore.

Not as bad as China. They're really screwed.
Anytime you're selling more adult diapers than baby diapers your country is in trouble.
Hate to see it...

It's fine. We need less young people having kids. Most are terrible parents, who want to be friends with their kids.

Without reading the link, I have no doubt that overly processed foods is messing people up. The financial part of it speaks for itself.

overly processed foods
Birth control and simple life choices.
Women don’t want to have children in the prime birthing years anymore.
That is most likely the #1 factor here.
By the time one child is born, the window for more has closed significantly.

Someone has to work and pay taxes to support illegals and poors multiplying like rabbits

Yep
Only the rich and poor can have large families
All by design

Shocking... Combine that with all these sow boys afraid to talk to women in person, afraid to drive, move away from mommy...

You can track this by economic cycles. Anytime we have an economic downturn, fertility rate drops.
We have been hovering close to record low numbers for awhile, since the last economic downturn in 2007, so dropping below due to economic uncertainly seems like an obvious conclusion.

South Korea is WAY ahead of us. They really are screwed.
"South Korea's fertility rate -– the number of children a woman is expected to have in her lifetime -– dropped to 0.72 in 2023, down nearly 8 percent from 2022, according to preliminary data from Statistics Korea."

Meanwhile, births continued to shift to older mothers. Older age groups saw smaller decreases in birth rates, and the birth rate was highest among women ages 30 to 34 – with about 95 births for every 1,000 women in this group in 2023. Women 40 and older were the only group to see an increase in birth rate, although – at less than 13 births for every 1,000 women – it remained lower than any other age group.
I need to figure out how to invest in IVF clinics if this trend continues
Natural birth odds per cycle
25% for those under the age of 30
20% for those aged 30-34
15% for those aged 35-39
5% for those aged 40+

Article indicates there is a slight increase in birth rates in states where it was “banned”.
