Can you post one of those Carlos Danger pics where we can see your dong through your briefs?

What shoes do you run in?

Usually HOKA but I go through a variety of brands. I've had three knee surgeries so opt for the high cushion models. I like the Saucony endorphin line as well. Mizuno is an underrated shoe.

You need to get into barefoot running.

Do you lift at all? Looking like a Nigerian distance runner with Low T is just a rung above being a fat slob. It is better though.

I do lift, three days a week. I'm lean but definitely not Nigerian marathon runner looking. Those guys are not healthy.

Eh, I tried this briefly and read the books on it but it's just not for me.

I know. I'm an addict now. My NY resolution is to run less and bike/swim more this year.

This train has no brakes. I get up at 4 am and run 10 miles a day, taking off about one day every 2-3 weeks. I've run with covid, food poisoning, migraines and strained hamstrings

Every runner has a weird psyche in that they are desperate to get praise for running. Dude, no one cares but you.

I even got christmas cards about someone putting in the names of the people in the pic and also put "John, completed 2 marathons in 2023". Get over yourself.
