This train has no brakes. I get up at 4 am and run 10 miles a day, taking off about one day every 2-3 weeks. I've run with covid, food poisoning, migraines and strained hamstrings. But it's worth it not being a fat piece of pooh. You're welcome, America.
Good for you man. That is dedication. It is admirable IMO.

9.2 miles a day has to be brutal on the knees and hips. Uncle was an avid runner and he had to get knees and hips replaced.

less than 70 miles/week is not that much for a conditioned runner.

We'll be paying for your knee replacements when you're 55.

My biggest year was 2,600 miles. My best year of ultra running results topped out below 2,000. I tend to spend more time focused on big vert numbers now. I was having an epic year with numerous trips to the mountains of Northern New Mexico and Washington State before blowing out my back in a non-running injury. Back at it in '24.

I was an avid 5K-10K type distance runner until I suddenly woke up one day and my left leg was numb.

I eventually went to the emergency room because my back began hurting as well. Ended up having a laminectomy and fusion for herniated discs. Never have recovered from the numbness. I walk with the assistance of a cane now. Miss running

Why shite on this person?

Definitely not because they came here sucking their own dick, in hopes of getting others to join in on felating them.

I ran 6 miles this morning to Rouses to grab beer and liquor. It took me 25 minutes. That's about a 2 minute mile there and back. Happy New Year!

In fairness, most every single OP and pretty much every post here is made for the exact same reason whether conscious or not.

Too much cardio increases estrogen and gives you ninnies.

1) I’m sorry you have no life and go to bed at 8:00 every night.
2) I think your entire post is a lie.
3) You are still gonna die.

Congrats sir on this accomplishment. I feel thankful and blessed running 24-26 miles per week when injuries and life doesn’t get in the way!
