Not trying to bust your balls but this is the problem with most peoples thinking (mine included I’m no better) but motivation like happiness is temporary. Any accomplishment I’ve ever had was because of discipline not motivation because discipline means doing things even when you don’t feel like it.

Those don’t develop from running too much. They develop from running improperly too much. Most of us run improperly, but maybe he doesn’t.

I get up at 4 am and run 10 miles a day
I run a lot and love this sport but I’m gonna call bs on that.
