Monday March 25th Donald Trump must post the $454 million bond or the appeals court must delay his payment, which they most likely won’t.
If that fails to happen, NY AG Letitia James will immediately start going after his properties to cover the cost, including Mar-a-lago. She will begin the process of absolutely bankrupting the leading Presidential candidate.

I'd actually like for this to happen.
NY takes ownership of Mar-a-lago, and they immediately have to put it up for auction.
Elon Musk comes in a bids $612 Million.
Trump wins appeal and then sues the state of NY and wins Billions.
Elon sells Trump Mar-a-Lago at costs plus a small profit.

I assume Trump is a Florida resident - if so, this might be a good time for DeSantis to file suit against NY on Trump's behalf, since they are trying to attack a resident of another state, and his property that is in another state.
