How would he be exempt from Attorney Client privilege?

the implication clearly being that as far as you’re (and likeminded buddies) concerned, it’s a foregone conclusion, he’s a dirty dog who has only made his situation worse by being dishonest and failing to admit the affair. Yes I’m taking a few liberties there for illustrative purposes, but it’s an accurate inference nonetheless.

Again you just have to look at how it's being sold throughout the echo chamber. It's being shifted from him being an alpha to now being a cuck.

what’s an attorney doing with all this ugly and lamentable speculation and assumption of facts?

I acknowledge the possibility that he is a cuck but I don't believe it and I'm making a logical assumptions on a political message board. This is not a court of law and I've made no 100% definitive accusations.

How exactly does posting a link to a story about him equate to "hey guys we believe Avenatti now"

Avenatti clearly has some bizarre zero shame complex. It's like he thinks if he keeps acting like a big shot he'll be considered a big shot.

If I were him, I'd be doing the same thing.

If he wants to live high on the hog once he's out, he doesn't have many options. MAGA grifter is a way to get 7-figures without being sincere.

Also, it is the most likely path to a pardon, also

The rare ability to lie both ways about the same story for money. He was definitely a lawyer.

He is a liar and an idiot. Who was saying that he isn't, prior to that post you just made? No one.

Nice, typical projection and conjecture though.

Avenatti is desperate and must think that Team Trump will be able to help him out a little bit on down the line, should Trump actually beat the certain impending fraud in November and rightly reclaim the White House.

Still, he's a dumbass. And a liar. And a creepy pron lawyer with a slimeball grin and a propensity towards criminal RICO tendencies.

Don't forget which side it was that actually did worship this sleazebag and actually promoted him for presidency. Was that the conservatives?

That was probably the extent of Bragg's research too

I resist calling him a sociopath because some of this seems like a multi-year melt b/c Stormy wouldn't bang him. That's too much emotions for a sociopath

I dunno if the Orange One can trust him. This might be a trap.

Take him up on the offer if he has receipts. Otherwise steer clear.

The money flowed from Trump's company to Stormy/CPL. We know this is a fact.

We know both the Feds and the State passed on bringing charges for this because the case is so weak. This is a fact. We know no one has ever been charged for this in NY before and Bragg had to bend rules to get around the statute of limitations. This is a fact.

Only people like you that hate Trump can convince yourself this is a valid trial to soothe your cognitive dissonance. This is a fact.

I actually think the trial is great. It helps Trump because more people see him as being unfairly prosecuted and it exposes the sham that is our justice system. Half the country will never trust courts or judges again. This is great. People shouldn’t love their government, they should fear it because power always leads to tyranny.

This is akin to someone saying,” you must love Putin” if you are against more aid to Ukraine.

For violating federal election laws. This NY state law at issue in this case is much more expansive with actions relating to businesses incorporated in NY.

That's not up to me to decide, and that has nothing to do with this quote:

Gotta angle for that pardon in case Trump is reelected or maybe asking Biden for one to keep him from helping

Avenatti, Daniels, and Cohen all testifying that Stormy Daniels had an affair with Cohen not Trump and they tried to extort Trump by planting the story is going to add fuel to the fire there is no question about it.

The real question is who paid these idiots to do this because these three morons couldn't come up with this on their own.

Think of the combination of sleaze from that trio of hustlers and gougers and chiselers. Super credible, amirite? But there is that handful of fans of theirs here amongst us who hang their hats on every word of theirs.
