The drop from atypical illnesses happened when we shut down everything.

Get ready.

Not if their differing opinion is backed by something other than insults (most frequently, "coward" or "pussy") or emotion triggered by the impact the shutdown is having on their finances (because most of us are in the same boat).
It would be interesting to see how much personal circumstance is dictating opinions on here vs political identity vs actual honest examination of the information.
Much of the basis for saying the shut down was unnecessary is derived from data that we didn't have a month ago.

social distancing was to flatten the curve so we wouldn't over load the hospitals all it once
1. models were crap. meant to instill fear and panic
2. deaths are being misreported
3. virus is asymptomatic in most people
4. 1-3 caused an unnecessary shut down of the country instead of targeted quarantines and distancing
the curve has been basically flat for a week now and quarantines are being EXTENDED. that ought to tell you everything you need to know about motivations. now the narrative is "we don't want ANOTHER outbreak."

Her neck mole bothers me, with as much money as I’m sure she has why not get that thing removed?

LOL! Grocery stores are packed. Home improvement stores are packed. You really think "social distancing" is having any real affect on this?
We’ve literally funneled everyone into a few stores thus increasing the odds that we all will get the rona....thanks Trump

So can I just make up three out of four points and declare victory?

who's pretending? it hasn't and to state otherwise is just pure speculation, especially considering the asymptomatic nature of this virus. people are still going to work. news flash - people are still socializing.
Wait.... you actually think that social activity is at pre-covid levels?
You don’t think there has been any change at all in the amount of people visiting businesses? It’s an objective fact that less people are going to social activities. What a blatantly ridiculous position to take on your part.

Comparing the numbers to influenza numbers after we all took extraordinary measures to mitigate COVID 19 is slightly moronic.

No matter how many people funnel into the grocery stores, the amount of overall interaction is still enormously lower.
Grocery store activity could never ever replace all other sectors of the economy that are shut down.

And if partisan sheep would get out of the way, we MIGGGGHT just have a solution for this problem as well.
The "Party of Science" does not represent itself well when it immediately poo-poos an idea just because Trump backs it.

You can do better than that; you can make up 9 points that are bullshite, add one factual point, then insist that your model says that anywhere from 1 to 10 of your points is accurate.

Probably true (or at least when combined with incredibly mild cases) - but ultimately pretty irrelevant as to this topic.

Untrue

Here is my top five for the day.
Saviors:
Sulley: Saved 155
Truman: Saved 250-500 K
Moses: Saved 600k -1 million
Trump: Saved over 2 Million
Jesus: Numbers still changing daily.
Thats right Trump is number two!! A great distance behind number one but doubling up on Moses!
Believe the Scientist!

I thought those projections were accounting for deaths even after measures were taken
