The Cares Act didn't address mail in voting. No references it it at all. That was done at the state level.
I think it's coming clear now what we are dealing with. What we have here are disgruntled DeSantisites who think the failure of the GOP is due to Trump. In their minds, MAGA = Trump. And if Maga is Trump, and Trump is bad, then maga is bad.
Well Trump is an imperfect option that is better than the alternative. Trump coined the phrase Maga. But he is not Maga. Maga is bigger than Trump. There are many that articulate Maga better than Trump. There are people who are truer to Maga than Trump.
