I live near this area. Lots of deer that could probably support one. Just not sure I'm buying it.
ETA: supersaint found a article showing it was taken in Nevada.

Let me know when you get a Wampus Cat up there.

I would promote introducing mountain lions to any neighborhood where pit bulls roam free.

He should help keep the possum population down. Good rat killers too.
The guy a couple of posts below you could use him for that homeless camp in his back yard. If you ever hear one scream, it should clear them out pretty quickly.

That is clearly a black panther. The lighting makes it look lighter.

I swear that’s the same picture used for every mountain lion sighting in the south

If true, I think this would be the first documented one in a long time. A hunter killed one in the 1940s in St. Clair County. That may be the last documented case.

Kinda looks like an aspen tree.

Just don't let it give you a blow job.

Are you in Jackson County?

I've seen several similar posts of this type lately, saying it was captured on a "trail cam" or similar. Do a reverse image search and they come have similar posts using the same photo from all over the place.

Maybe it heard someone using a can opener.

Where was this. Looks like a bad photoshop but I want to believe it.
