Quantum Leap.
Donald Bellisario's wife (and co-producer) did the voice-overs during the intro, and she had just about the most-annoying voice and verbal cadence and faux-accent of any human being on the planet.
I would crawl naked over broken glass to avoid hearing her voice.

I don’t find it that bad. South Park would be that kind for me. No intro has ever been more of a chore for me over the last few decades. I’d have rathered they try different singers for it kinda like Squidbillies did instead of forcing me to listen to that crap thousands of times.
And the original was even worse.
