I’m pretty sure the call wasn’t even just a straight up QB draw. I believe he was supposed to read the d’s reaction and throw it to the back in motion if the defense bit on the draw, he just panicked after the bad snap. I don’t think it was a terrible call, it was just horribly executed.

The Athletic did a study and actually found the opposite. Obviously adjusted for sheer volume of high school players every year but the transfers are the ones making the big money on average. ...

Peetz actually did a great job with his script for the first few drives, it was just always fall apart after that. I did the math after like week 6, almost 70% of Johnson’s production came on the first 20ish plays of the game. ...

We have a parking pass around the same area as the free lots on River Road, we always take River Road down to L’Auberge and we live in Saint Gabriel so we just take Nicholson down, but we pass Bluebonnet on the way home. Traffic can get backed up but it usually doesn’t get too bad. ...
